What you are buying
Check the product page for its price, included files, formats and any unavailable material before purchasing. A verified account is required for paid library access. Course videos are streamed; included downloadable resources are listed separately. Unfinished courses are marked in development.
Courses
Purchased courses include lifetime access and a 14-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee. Contact aaron@vfxcentral.net within 14 days of purchase to request a course refund. VFX Crash Course currently has missing material disclosed before checkout.
Stock FX
Stock FX purchases are final after download unless files are faulty or the product is not as described. Contact aaron@vfxcentral.net with your order and the issue so we can help or arrange a refund. Explosion packs currently include ProRes and bonus files; RAW R3D files are not included in new purchases.
Your library
After payment is confirmed, eligible purchases appear in My Library. A refunded purchase may lose its access. Your existing independently purchased courses and packs remain separate. If a purchase is missing, contact support using the email address on your account.
Project support
Film-project contributions are voluntary and do not guarantee a release date. Monthly support continues until canceled; use the project page to manage or cancel it.
